What’s Required?
This is the largest public event we support. It’s the largest in terms of area of coverage, participants, duration, and radio operators required to support the event. For this event, we typically require XX radio operators, most of whom will provide communications support at select water stations along the B & A Trail. There will be a Net Control station through which all communications are routed unless told otherwise. Some radio operators will traverse the course on bicycles while others will have other support roles. Expect the weather to be cool to cold and possibly rainy, so dress accordingly. This event will last 5-6 hours.
